MPC maintains Bank Rate division

The Bank of England’s Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) continued to be split 6-3 over the Bank Rate decision.

Minutes of the last meeting a fortnight ago, published today, show the Bank’s policymakers are still divided on which way they think inflation is heading.
