Mortgage Magic introduces automated onboarding

Published on

Mortgage Magic has unveiled an automated onboarding process, providing smaller broker firms with access to its platform.

The automated onboarding process means that broker firms choosing Mortgage Magic as their unified business solution can start using the platform straight away, without the need for technical configuration or even having to speak to a sales representative.

Mortgage Magic provides brokers with a solution for running their business, covering all areas of the mortgage advice process, from sourcing, conveyancing, general insurance to protection and more. The cloud-based platform features a built-in CRM system, E-ID verification, direct messaging and secure UK-based document storage that complies with GDPR. It also allows company owners to manage and monitor business activities, provides qualified business leads and has portals for company administrators, advisers, introducers and clients.

Tanjir Sugar, director at Mortgage Magic, said: “The whole idea behind Mortgage Magic is that it should offer brokers leading edge technology that is simple to implement and supports their compliance requirements and real-life business processes. The launch of automated onboarding takes this one-step further, enabling brokers immediate access to an off-the-shelf system that seamlessly integrates every part of a mortgage business into one place.

“This doesn’t just benefit brokers, it benefits their clients as well, delivering a platform that provides them with a seamless and enjoyable experience, with full case-tracking, secure document uploads and electronic ID verification. There is even an app that clients can use. The result is that with Mortgage Magic brokers can spend less time grappling with complicated software or performing arduous admin, and more time doing what they do best – advising their clients.

“We recommend that the automated onboarding is most beneficial to smaller firms as larger organisations may have more bespoke requirements, but the truth is that Mortgage Magic can benefit any intermediary business, distributor or network of any scale.”
