Mortgage Intelligence Holdings accesses NatWest exclusives

NatWest has launched two new exclusives in conjunction with Countrywide.

They are exclusively available to appointed representatives (ARs) of Mortgage Intelligence and Mortgage Next.

The first deal is a 90% LTV, first time buyer 5.79% two-year fixed product. It comes with no arrangement fee and £250 cashback.

The second exclusive is a 4.99% buy-to-let two-year fixed rate. It is available up to 75% LTV and commands a flat arrangement fee of £2,499.
