Mortgage Intelligence has improved its commercial mortgage offering with the launch of a new dedicated helpdesk for its members and the appointment of Aldermore Commercial.

The new commercial helpdesk is offered through 3mc, a specialist commercial packager with access to Aldermore Commercial’s product proposition.

Both Appointed Representatives of Mortgage Intelligence and Mortgage Next and Directly Authorised members of Next Intelligence (the re-launched mortgage club from Mortgage Intelligence), will have the following free benefits:

  • No broker fee charged on all commercial deals
  • Access to product & criteria exclusives from Aldermore Commercial
  • Access to mortgage products for: mixed use investment properties, multi unit lending, limited companies, HMO’s, remortgages and portfolio lending (up to £5m)
  • Enhanced commission paid directly to members

Sally Laker, managing director of Mortgage Intelligence Holdings, said: “Aldermore is a forward-thinking lender, making a big impact in the commercial market with their broker-centric strategy to assess cases based on their own merits. They have ambitious plans for the commercial lending market, which we’re thrilled to be part of.

“After speaking with our brokers we recognised that there was an ideal opportunity to provide a dedicated commercial lending helpdesk to support broker members looking to expand their commercial business.”

Doug Hall, director at 3mc, said: “We’re delighted to be working with one of the UKs leading mortgage networks and members can be assured they will receive a fast, efficient and professional service from 3mc.

“The commercial mortgage market represents an untapped opportunity for many residential brokers and our dedicated helpdesk will help them enhance their income and profitability.”
