Spicerhaart Group has yet again fallen foul of a ruling from the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), following complaints about two of its mailings.

The first mailing was in a printed pre-paid envelope, which included the recipient’s home address and a return address. Inside was a “lettings at haart”” compliments slip with text that appeared to be handwritten. The text stated “”For the attention of the landlord Re: [address] I wondered if it would be possible for you to contact me on either XXX or on my mobile XXX I have something interesting to discuss with you regarding the rental of the above property. Thanks. Kind regards
