Momenti Group unveils free strategy playbook

Published on

Momenti Group has launched a free marketing strategy guide aimed at helping mortgage brokers cut through unfocused activity and build campaigns that actually deliver results.

The Marketing Strategy Playbook, available to download now, sets out a structured process to help brokers define their goals, sharpen their messaging and avoid what its creator, Jeff Knight (main picture, inset), describes as the industry’s most common pitfall: diving straight into tactics without any strategic thinking.

Knight said: “When it comes to marketing, most organisations jump straight to tactics like social media posts or advertising. That’s why so much marketing underperforms.

“When companies skip the strategy stage, they guess. They make assumptions. And that leads to wasted time, wasted budget, and inconsistent results. This Playbook gives brokers the clarity and confidence to make smarter marketing decisions.”

BETTER DECISIONS

The guide takes brokers through four key stages: assessing their current position, defining where they want to go, mapping out how to get there and establishing how success will be measured.

Knight says the aim is not to turn brokers into marketing specialists but to give them a framework to make better decisions.

He added: “This resource helps brokers ask the right questions before diving into tactics – questions about their target market, positioning, and key brand messages. It turns random marketing activities into intentional actions with purpose.”

The Playbook is available now as a free download HERE.
