MI Holdings adds Manchester BS to panel

Mortgage Intelligence Holdings has added Manchester Building Society to its panel for all appointed representatives and directly authorised members.

Mortgage Intelligence Holdings consists of Mortgage Intelligence and Mortgage Next.

Manchester Building Society aims to provide a personalised service offering direct access to its underwriters and a bespoke assessment of individual applications, alongside its residential and buy-to-let product range.

Sally Laker , managing director, Mortgage Intelligence Holdings, said: “In this current market having the ability to discuss an application directly with an underwriter is a valuable tool for an adviser to have access to. Manchester’s manual underwriting provides an adviser the opportunity to submit an application with a strong business case for applications which don’t fit a restrictive credit scoring system.””
