MFS selects OMS for originations

Market Financial Solutions (MFS) has chosen One Mortgage System (OMS) to be its primary origination platform partner.

This partnership will enable landlord and broker interaction as well providing a platform to deliver a variety of lending facilities to their brokers and landlords.

MFS launched its buy-to-let product range in 2022 to complement its bridging offering. The lender has also recently secured £200 million of institutional funding in response to heightened demand for its bridging products and buy-to-let mortgages. The increased funding adds further capacity to support the growth of MFS’s specialist lending products.

OMS is a single-input enquiry to completion mortgage processing platform and end-to-end CRM system which covers product areas such as residential, buy-to-let, second charge, equity release, bridging, commercial plus general insurance and protection. It has already integrated with six platforms – Iress, Twenty7Tec, iPipeline, Submissions Brain, SmartrFit and Knowledge Bank – for product sourcing, protection sourcing and criteria searching.

Paresh Raja (pictured), CEO of MFS, said: “A successful proposition in the modern buy-to-let market requires the highest service standards which are supported by a range of robust, effective, and innovative technology solutions.

“We have been impressed with OMS from the outset and their ability to listen to our requirements and provide solutions to them. Their system is state of the art, offering integrated AVMs, credit searches, affordability and so much more.

“We’ve establishing a strong working relationship with OMS and this partnership enables us to provide our intermediary partners with access to solutions which help meet the needs of their landlord clients swiftly, effectively and seamlessly.”

Neal Jannels, managing director of One Mortgage System, added: “Although we are relative ‘newbies’ in the lender origination platform market, we believe we have built a fresh and dynamic offering which will disrupt the current offerings being provided to the UK specialist lending marketplace.

“Being chosen to provide a set of advanced, customised solutions for MFS is testament to the quality and efficiency of our platform. We are proud to be able to play an integral role in the evolution of such a forward-thinking, innovative lender and help them deliver a fantastic landlord/broker experience.”
