Brokers invited to webinar on boosting landlord income strategies

Brokers are being offered an opportunity to learn how to help landlords accelerate income and unlock equity through a specialist online session.

Brokers looking to better support landlord clients are being invited to attend a ‘lunch and learn’ webinar hosted by ModaMortgages and CHL Mortgages, in partnership with Complete FS.

The session will take place on Friday 8 May between 1pm and 2pm and will focus on strategies to help landlords increase income and value across their property portfolios.

Delivered by Roger Morris, group distribution director at Chetwood Bank, and Sean Latchem, head of new business at Complete FS, the webinar will explore how landlords can source and fund new buy-to-let opportunities using a range of approaches.

These include short-term finance, cross-charging and targeted refurbishment strategies designed to deliver an uplift in property value, followed by refinancing and rental income optimisation.

The session will also be CPD-accredited, allowing attendees to count one hour towards their structured learning requirements.

Morris (pictured) said: “The session will guide attendees through a landlord’s journey – from identifying the right property, structuring the funding, executing the works, refinancing at a higher value and repositioning the asset for enhanced rental income through hybrid HMO and serviced accommodation models.”

Latchem added: “Brokers attending the session will gain a clear, compliant and repeatable framework which will help them guide their clients towards a more strategic and growth-led approach to portfolio building.”

Brokers can register here to attend the session.
