Masthaven Finance has been placed 48th in the Financial Times‘ inaugural ranking of the UK’s fastest-growing companies, following a sixfold increase in revenue between 2022 and 2025.

The specialist lender reported revenue of £20.5 million in 2025, compared with £3.4 million in 2022, representing growth of more than 500% over the three-year period.

Revenue has subsequently increased to £26.7 million in the 2026 financial year, extending the lender’s recent period of expansion.

The Financial Times ranking, compiled in partnership with Statista, identifies UK businesses recording the strongest revenue growth between 2022 and 2025.

Masthaven has expanded its activities in the specialist lending market during the period, investing in its lending products, technology and workforce while developing its relationships with mortgage intermediaries.

“To be ranked 48th among some of the UK’s fastest-growing companies, is a testament to the hard work of the Masthaven team and the confidence placed in us by our broker partners and customers.

“Our growth has been driven by a clear focus on specialist lending and a genuine understanding of the needs of intermediaries and their customers.

“As we look ahead, we will continue to invest in our people, proposition and technology while maintaining the specialist expertise and personal service.”
