LV= hires customer experience head

Craig McVoy has been appointed as LV=’s head of customer experience for its retirement solutions business.

He has over 10 years’ experience of leading customer services teams, including eight years at Privilege Insurance and most recently at Inchcape where he was head of contact centres.

McVoy will report into Steve Knight, LV=’s life and pensions chief operating officer, and will be responsible for leading the retirement solutions customer service teams.

He will also be tasked with identifying ways to enhance service delivery to advisers and customers.

“LV= is an increasingly strong player in the retirement market, and providing excellent customer service is key to our growth,” said Knight.

“Craig’s appointment reflects the focus on customer service at LV= and the importance we place on continuing to develop and enhance our offering.”

McVoy added: “It’s an exciting time to be joining LV= and I look forward to using my insight and experience in delivering excellent customer service management to help grow the retirement solutions business.”
