Landmark launches private valuations on Q-Mobile

Landmark Valuation Services has launched a new tool within its Q-Mobile product that enables surveyors and valuers to be able to complete private valuations within the app.

Following feedback from customers, Landmark Valuation Services has developed the functionality that enables surveyors to easily capture and complete private valuations using a mobile device, for a range of valuation needs.

From within Q-Mobile, surveyors now have a single point of access to all their key tasks, spanning mortgage valuations, RICS HomeBuyer Reports, single survey reports, condition surveys and now private valuations. Q-Mobile removes the need to manually create paper-based reports, saving surveyors time.

Mike Holden, managing director, Landmark Valuation Services said: “Having obtained feedback from our customers on where improvements can be made with Q-Mobile, we identified that many were keen to enjoy a consistent approach to all valuations, regardless of whether the work has come from a lender or a private client.

“We have therefore developed the new private valuations function, which incorporates the essential set of standardised valuation questions, carefully assembled by our team to draw from industry best practice. This provides a familiar, trusted process that surveyors are familiar with from other instructions, making the process as smooth and logical as possible.
