Just Mortgages adds client servicing facility

Published on

Just Mortgages has launched its new client servicing division.

It will be run by Jessica Broome, the brokerage’s business support manager, from its head office in Colchester.

Qualified advisers from Just Mortgages’ client servicing division will contact clients on completion of the loan, then on an annual basis to offer each client a full, financial review. They will contact the client again five months prior to the end of their tied in period with a lender, to offer an additional review of their individual circumstances and the best steps for them now.

During each review the client will have the opportunity to meet with either an existing adviser, a new adviser that is local to them or deal with a qualified mortgage specialist over the phone.

John Phillips (pictured), national operations director at Just Mortgages, said: “As a result of the new client focused division, new and existing customers will be offered stronger client service and a more complete end-to-end service.”

The new division currently consists of five employees and is expected to see continued expansion, with an estimated 30 members of staff in the next three to four years.

Phillips added: “The mortgage market is continuing to change and grow at a rapid pace.  Therefore, our point of difference will focus on our wealth of experience and expertise, our professionalism and our reliability, as well as our regular communication with clients.

“The new division is a whole new chapter in our growth story, and I am happy to say that business levels are continuing to rise and the initial feedback from our customers has been very promising indeed.”
