JammJar refreshes brand as AI mortgage platform prepares for September launch

Published on

JammJar has unveiled a new website and refreshed brand identity as it expands its rollout to mortgage broker firms ahead of a major platform update due to be launched in September.

The AI-powered mortgage platform says it is moving beyond its early adopter programme following growing demand from brokers looking to introduce artificial intelligence into their businesses.

As part of the next phase of its expansion, larger broker firms will be able to engage directly with JammJar, while a managed waiting list will remain in place for smaller firms to support customer onboarding.

The company said its updated visual identity and redesigned website reflect its ambition to help mortgage firms use AI to streamline advice processes, strengthen compliance and improve the customer experience.

The rebrand comes ahead of what JammJar describes as its most significant product launch since the platform was introduced. The next generation of the platform will be unveiled during a live webinar in September.

Among the planned enhancements are an upgraded AI assistant designed to work across a firm’s data, configurable workflow automation, AI agents to help progress cases automatically, enhanced reporting capabilities, deeper integrations with Microsoft and iPipeline, and a redesigned customer experience.

Karl Griffin (pictured), chief executive and co-founder of JammJar, said: “This marks an important milestone for JammJar. Over the past year we’ve worked alongside our early customers to refine every aspect of the platform, and we’re now ready to open the next chapter of our growth.

“Demand has exceeded our expectations, so we’re scaling the business in a measured way. Larger firms can engage with us immediately, while a managed waitlist for smaller firms ensures every new customer receives the attention and support they deserve.

“We’ve spent that time listening to brokers, building something fundamentally different from a traditional CRM and continually refining the platform.

“Everything we’ve developed has been focused on removing administration, simplifying compliance and giving advisers more time to spend with their clients.

“Our new website reflects where we are as a business today, but it’s also a sign of what’s to come.

“September will mark the biggest evolution of the JammJar platform since launch and we’re looking forward to showing brokers exactly what the next generation of mortgage technology looks like.”

JammJar’s live online launch event will take place at 11am on Thursday 17 September, when brokers will receive the first public demonstration of the updated platform through a series of customer journeys and practical demonstrations. Registration for the free webinar is now open.
