Industry reacts to OFT licence action

The OFT announced today that 35 debt management firms have surrendered their consumer credit licences and at least 15 are facing licensing action as a result of its compliance review.
The CCCS says the revocation of these licences underlines why those struggling with debt should avoid the fee-charging debt management sector altogether.
