Foundation Home Loans (FHL) has appointed Goldsmith Williams to its legal panel.

Eddie Goldsmith, senior partner of Goldsmith Williams, said: “Goldsmith Williams have been a key player in the residential market over the last thirty years and in that time we’ve seen many developments in the sector.  We’re delighted to be appointed to the legal panel for the innovative new lender Foundation Home Loans.

“FHL have just announced they are to start lending to first-time landlords.  We have a great deal of experience in the first time landlord market which will help us deliver a flexible and focused service for FHL and their client’s benefit.”

Paul Brett (pictured), FHL business development director, added: “Goldsmith Williams are well known for the quality of service they offer and I’m pleased that we will be able to refer work to them as a member of our legal panel.

“First time landlords are a group of clients who will require a good deal of support and that’s where the experience that Goldsmith Williams have built over decades will be of real value.”
