Gable Mortgages adds zero-deposit range to Sourcing Brain

Published on

Gable Mortgages has joined Mortgage Brain’s Sourcing Brain platform, giving brokers access to its zero-deposit mortgage range through the sourcing system.

The addition means intermediaries can research Gable Mortgages’ products through Sourcing Brain when assessing first-time buyer, key worker and other eligible cases.

Gable Mortgages offers zero-deposit mortgages at up to 100% loan-to-value, aimed at young professionals, key workers and customers buying new-build or standard properties. The range is available to first-time and next-time buyers.

Sourcing Brain provides brokers with product sourcing tools and updates its product data twice daily. Mortgage Brain said the platform has also recently been upgraded to deliver search results up to 10 times faster, alongside changes to its user interface and navigation.

Neil Wyatt, chief commercial officer at Mortgage Brain, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Gable Mortgages to Sourcing Brain, giving intermediaries access to another specialist lender through a platform built to make product research quicker, clearer and more accurate.

“We’ve recently upgraded Sourcing Brain to deliver results up to 10 times faster, with an improved UI and navigation.

“Our focus is on significantly improving the adviser experience by delivering the most reliable data to enable them to best serve their diverse range of clients.

“The online availability of Sourcing Brain means that users can access the tool whenever and wherever they need, whether they’re working from the office or meeting with clients.

“Brokers get dependable results every time they search.”

Lisa Crane, mortgage operations director at Gable Mortgages Limited, added: “Being added to Sourcing Brain is an important step in making our zero-deposit mortgage proposition more accessible to brokers and their clients.

“At Gable Mortgages, we’re focused on helping customers who can afford mortgage repayments but have been held back by the challenge of saving a traditional deposit.

“By making our products easier to research and compare through Sourcing Brain, we can support advisers in identifying suitable opportunities more efficiently and help more aspiring homeowners move from generation rent to generation able.”
