Former FSA chairman heads new lender

Sir Callum McCarthy , a director of HM Treasury and former FSA chairman, is chairman of a new investment and mortgage business.

Castle Trust, which is seeking FSA authorisation, is looking to offer investments to retail and institutional investors providing access to UK house price returns and “shared ownership/partnership”” mortgages.
