Fleet Mortgages has announced the promotion of Graham Le Bas to the position of national sales manager.

Le Bas (pictured) has previously been business development manager (BDM) in the South West for Fleet for the past two years and will now be working with the lender’s team of BDMs who cover the breadth of England and Wales.

He has over 30 years’ experience working in the retail banking and finance industry and prior to joining Fleet Mortgages held a number of BDM roles in the specialist lending sector.

Bob Young, chief executive officer of Fleet Mortgages, said: “We are very pleased to announce the appointment of Graham as our new national sales manager.

“Graham has been a considerable presence in Fleet’s success over the last two years, in his role as South West BDM, and this promotion will add further strength to an already outstanding sales team.”

Le Bas added: “I am absolutely delighted to be appointed as Fleet Mortgages’ new National Sales Manager. Fleet Mortgages offers a unique proposition in the specialist buy-to-let market.

“We have a very solid team of BDMs at Fleet and I feel honoured and proud to be given the opportunity to work with the team and help ensure Fleet achieves its goals for the remainder of 2018 and beyond.”
