FIBA expands professional partners panel

Commercial finance trade body, FIBA, has appointed Elite Law Solicitors to its panel of professional partners to provide conveyancing services to FIBA members.

Elite Law Solicitors was created In March 2015 with an emphasis on commercial property transactions and has offices in Buckinghamshire, London, Hove and Guildford.

Adam Tyler, executive chairman of FIBA, said: “I was particularly impressed with Elite Law’s approach to commercial transactions that will benefit our members’ customers. Our members already have access to some of the best service providers in support of the commercial lending solutions they offer to customers.

“Elite Law shares our passion for improving standards across the commercial finance sector and I know that they will be a valuable addition to our panel and our members’ ability to complete complex commercial deals successfully.”

Harry Tuke, senior property solicitor at Elite Law Solicitors, said: “At Elite Law we have a specialist team of property lawyers who regularly act for borrowers of short term secured finance ranging from £30k bridging loans to multi-million pound development finance.

“We are familiar with lenders’ usual requirements and understand the importance of working closely with clients and their brokers to ensure a rapid and smooth completion.

“The team is based in Sussex but we regularly travel to meet clients in and around London and the Home Counties.”
