DC Law has exceeded 10,000 customer reviews on Trustpilot while maintaining an ‘Excellent’ rating of 4.6, marking another milestone for the conveyancing firm.

DC Law, part of Simplify, said it had surpassed 10,000 reviews on Trustpilot, achieving an ‘Excellent’ rating of 4.6.

The conveyancing firm said the milestone reflected consistently strong customer feedback across the high volume of cases it handles, supporting thousands of home movers each year.

Across the Simplify group, all six of its conveyancing firms, together with its direct-to-consumer brand My Home Move Conveyancing, now hold ‘Excellent’ Trustpilot ratings based on more than 78,000 reviews.

Simplify said the volume of customer feedback reflected both the scale of its operations and its continued investment in customer experience, legal expertise and technology designed to simplify the home moving process.

Dawn Tew, operations director, conveyancing delivery at Simplify, said: “Every review represents a real customer experience. Reaching this milestone shows the trust so many people place in our teams to support them through one of life’s most important moments.”

DC Law is the third Simplify brand to exceed 10,000 Trustpilot reviews, following Premier Property Lawyers and My Home Move Conveyancing.

Other businesses within the Simplify group include JS Law, Advantage Property Lawyers, Gordon Brown Law, Cook Taylor Woodhouse and property services business Move with Us.
