Estate agent’s ad banned by ASA

The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has banned an advert from Imagine Estate Agents of Bushey,Hertfordshire.

A regional press ad, for Imagine Estate Agents, was headlined “ADVERTISING STANDARDS””. Text in the body copy continued: “”We have had the delight of dealing with the fallout after one of our less amiable competitors complained we had created a leaflet that contravened ASA regulations and reported us accordingly. In fact let’s not pull any punches
