Doncaster Rovers receive £10k from the Leeds

Leeds Building Society has donated £10,820 to Doncaster Rovers Football Club.

The mutual presented the club with a cheque at the home match with Crystal Palace on 22 April at the Keepmoat Stadium

The £10,820 cheque relates to 1% of the total balances in the Donny Rovers Saver account for the 2010/11 season

The Donny Rovers Saver Account is an exclusive account for supporters of Doncaster Rovers, which is only available through Leeds Building Society.

Each year Leeds Building Society presents a cheque to Doncaster Rovers, the amount of which is based on the cumulative balance of funds within every Donny Rovers saver account. The more that fans save, the more Doncaster Rovers receives and with tiered interest rates, the higher the interest customers will receive on their savings. Since the launch of the Donny Rovers Saver in July 2004 over £37,000 has been donated to Doncaster Rovers Football Club
