CSS forms strategic partnership with Mortgage Intelligence

Published on

Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS), the supplier of valuation panel management services, has formed a strategic partnership with Mortgage Intelligence via an exclusive referral arrangement.

The referral arrangement will offer Mortgage Intelligence and Next Intelligence members access to CSS’s range of survey options which include a Home Survey Level 2 – previously known as a HomeBuyer Report – and a Home Survey Level 3 – previously known as a Building Survey.

Kharla Mullen (pictured), chief operating officer at Countrywide Surveying Services, said: “Mortgage Intelligence is a highly regarded and established name throughout the intermediary community.

“As a business which is aligned with our own vision and ethos when it comes to providing tailored solutions, expert support and in delivering the highest service standards, this makes for an exciting and sensible collaboration.

“This referral arrangement will provide Mortgage Intelligence’s network and club members with quicker and easier access to the full CSS product range, a passage which will help them better guide their clients through the surveying process, from the initial enquiry right through to the delivery of the final report.”
