Countrywide unveils new homes financial advisory facility

Countrywide Group has launched a new specialist financial advisory service for the new homes sector.

The firm is to deploy over 70 mortgage consultants dedicated to providing financial related advice for all new homes buyers.

The intention is to provide specialist new homes mortgage advisory services across the country,

Last month Countrywide signed an exclusive UK-wide agreement with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) to provide project marketing services including advice on all aspects of sales, rental, investment, financial and property management for new houses and apartments.

Grenville Turner, Countrywide chief executive said: “The launch of our specialist new homes financial services is a continuation of our strategic focus to enhance our position in the land and new homes sector. Our aim is to provide an all-round compelling and powerful proposition estate agency
