Conveyancing Alliance launches Convey99

Conveyancing Alliance Ltd has unveiled Convey99, a new purchase conveyancing product.

It is offered at a pre-referral fee price of £99+VAT and disbursements for all properties purchased up to £500,000.

Conveyancing Alliance believes that Convey99 is up to £200 cheaper than any of its competitors. Advisers can take a referral fee of up to £200.

Convey99 also comes with the ‘fall-through search protection’ – should the property purchase fall through, clients will receive a guarantee of a replacement set of personal searches for any new property free of charge.

Conveyancing Alliance claims that service will not be compromised as the majority of the cost saving with Convey99 is due to a vastly reduced panel fee compared to most providers of conveyancing panels, it says.

Harpal Singh, managing director of Conveyancing Alliance Ltd, said: “We believe that advisers want good value products that deliver a quality service. This product has been launched exclusively for the mortgage adviser market and based on our research we believe the overall costs are market-leading in the mortgage adviser space.
