Connells in Bank of China tie-in

Published on

Connells Survey & Valuation has extended its service to Bank of China (UK) to provide residential valuations to the bank’s new intermediary sales channel.

Connells has already been working with Bank of China (UK) for some time as panel manager in the provision of residential valuations

As part of its growth plans, Bank of China recently started to distribute its products through the intermediary markets via four distributors.

Colin Dorman, business development director at Connells, said: “We are pleased to be working with Bank of China as it enters the UK’s intermediary markets. The uplift in house sales and rising property prices are supporting increasing valuation levels. These developments are further evidence of an improving property market.””
