Complete FS has appointed Sean Latchem to the new role of business support manager.

Latchem (pictured) comes from a retail background and in the past two years has been a service manager at Marks and Spencer.

Phil Jay, director at the specialist lending packager and distributor, explained that the new appointment entails taking a leading role in educating brokers on BORIS, Complete’s placing, sourcing and tracking system, marketing Complete’s lenders and their USPs to introducers, helping brokers write more specialist business and supporting the directors with external events.

He said: “The role we wanted to fill required someone who could demonstrate they were completely committed to providing customers with world class service.

“Sean’s background in retail, one of the most competitive of business environments and where service is of paramount importance, convinced us that we could make use of his skills to provide our introducers with an enhanced service experience.

“We are delighted Sean has joined us. Our market is also highly competitive and at Complete FS we are always looking to improve our edge. Sean will be part of our evolving strategy of continual improvement in everything we do. The fact that he is a Tottenham supporter will not be held against him.”
