Published on

CHL Mortgages is to undertake a new training programme for staff in partnership with the National Skills Academy for Financial Services (NSAFS).

CHL is offering employees the opportunity to undertake the NSAFS Leadership and Management Programme which leads to an internationally-recognised management qualification from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

The programme is a route for skills development for employees new to a supervisory or management role or aspiring to such a role, and is also suitable for more experienced staff that would benefit from more formal management training.

CHL says it is committed to developing its employees and with support from the NSAFS will ensure that its people are able to achieve the qualification. The lender will start the first leadership development group over the coming months.

Bob Young , managing director at CHL Mortgages, said: “This partnership with the NSAFS is another sign of the commitment CHL has to its employees
