CHL Mortgages to host post-Budget analysis webinar for brokers

Published on

Brokers seeking clarity on the government’s Autumn Budget will have the chance to hear expert analysis at a free webinar organised by CHL Mortgages for Intermediaries.

The event, titled Demystifying the Autumn 2025 Budget, will take place on Friday 28 November from 11.30am to 12.45pm, just two days after the Budget is presented to Parliament. Registration is now open.

Hosted by Roger Morris, group distribution director at CHL Mortgages for Intermediaries, the session will feature commentary from tax specialist John McCaffrey of Alexander & Co Chartered Accountants. The pair will dissect the key announcements and discuss their potential impact on landlords, investors and the wider buy-to-let market.

Following the presentation, attendees will be able to take part in a live Q&A session with both speakers to explore how the Chancellor’s measures could affect their clients’ property and personal finance decisions.

Morris (pictured) said: “As we look ahead to the Budget, all eyes will be on Rachel Reeves to deliver a statement that not only inspires confidence and stimulates growth, but also addresses the shortfall in the public finances.

“I’d urge anyone wanting help making sense of the Budget to sign up for the free webinar which will explore what it could mean for landlords, investors and the wider buy-to-let market, as well as the potential implications for property ownership and personal finance.”
