CHL Mortgages partners with Goldsmith Williams

Goldsmith Williams has been appointed as a legal provider to specialist lender CHL Mortgages.

The national conveyancing firm will provide lender support services to the company, delivering legal assistance to CHL in areas such as LPA receiver appointments, LPA receiver assistance, repossessions and repossession sales.

Rob Denman, head of lender support services at Goldsmith Williams, said: “Our lender support division is a product we’ve worked hard on to make sure it is one of the most comprehensive on the market and this new partnership is testament to that.
