Cattles has extended its bank facility arrangements until the end of December

The embattled lender has told the stock exchange that all of its lenders have agreed to extend the £500 million facility maturity from 14 July to 31 December

It has also entered into further agreements and facility amendments with all its bank lenders and uspp noteholders.
