Broker has permissions cancelled

Published on

David Morgan Hilling, trading as David Morgan Finance, has been given final notice by the FSA about a decision to cancel the permission granted to him to carry on regulated activities.

By a First Supervisory Notice dated 9 September 2010, Morgan’s Part IV permission was varied by removing all regulated activities with immediate effect.

The FSA said that, on the basis of the facts and matters and conclusions described in its Warning Notice dated 9 September 2010, and in the Decision Notice, it appears to the regulator that it is no longer necessary to keep Morgan’s permission in force and that the FSA must cancel it, following the variation action removing all regulated activities.
