Broker Conveyancing launches £175 remortgage package

Published on

Broker Conveyancing has introduced a fixed-price remortgage conveyancing package through its new online hub.

The £175 All in One Remo, supported by ONP Solicitors, is available exclusively through the Broker Conveyancing Hub and replaces the company’s previous Fixed Price Remo product.

The package costs £175 plus a referral fee, which brokers can set at up to £300. Broker Conveyancing said the arrangement would allow intermediaries to tailor the final price to their businesses and clients.

The standard package includes the legal fee, as many as two identity and bankruptcy checks, one telegraphic transfer fee, a Land Registry fee of up to £30, a final search fee, search indemnity cover and official copies of documents.

Additional services, including buy-to-let and Help to Buy work, can be selected when preparing a quote.

Sharon Beedham, relationship director at ONP Solicitors, said: “The new All in One product crucially provides a simpler way to manage mortgage referrals as it’s one easily tailored product that can be tweaked to suit a wide variety of clients.

“With a highly competitive price point, flexible broker’s-choice referral fee and all the key fees and checks included, it’s been designed to make remortgage quoting simpler and clearer – much like the new Broker Conveyancing Hub.”

Mark Tosetti, chief executive at Broker Conveyancing, added: “For brokers still using our old platform, this new All in One product in partnership with ONP Solicitors, provides a great opportunity to try out The Hub and see what developments we have made to the platform.

“Designed to provide brokers with a smoother and more intuitive user experience, it’s now even quicker and easier than it was before to track and manage your referrals, as well as offering increased fee transparency and a host of additional services like surveys.

“We have a roadmap of even more exciting developments planned for the Hub, so there has never been a better time to make the switch to Broker Conveyancing or – if you’re already on the old portal – to give the brand new and improved Hub a try.”
