Brightstar secures ERC-free BTL exclusive

Brightstar Financial is offering an exclusive buy-to-let product funded by The Saffron Building Society.

The product has no early repayment charge and is only for properties in England and Wales.

The 4.99% variable rate product is available up to 75% LTV, with fees able to be added and interest-only available. The rental calculation is 125% of the monthly mortgage payments with a 1.99% completion fee.
