Bridgewater Equity Release is targeting equity release sector stakeholders with its new website.

The site offers information and support for advisers, existing customers of Bridgewater and those looking for broader equity release information.

Each of these three sections carries specific information, publications, tools and links which are relevant for the particular stakeholder. For example, the ‘Adviser’ section provides, information on conducting business with Bridgewater, the home reversion plan products on offer, reasons why equity release may be appropriate, login to source KFI documents, equity release case studies, equity release in the press, coming events, contact/feedback and Bridgewater’s social media links such as its Twitter feed.

Existing customers of Bridgewater have their own section of the website delivering information including details on property inspections and valuations, how to release more money, what to do if moving home, links to other websites, for example.

Bridgewater has also developed a new section for those who may be seeking up to date general information about the equity release market – what it is, why it exists, do they qualify to take out a plan, a Q&A section providing answers to typical questions, equity release calculators, contact advice, plus a step-by-step guide through the process of taking out an equity release plan.

Peter Welch , head of sales and distribution at Bridgewater Equity Release, said: “This brand new website from Bridgewater has been designed to help all those who are seeking information about the equity release sector and in particular our adviser partners and existing customers.
