Blacks joins Precise Mortgages bridging panel

Blacks Connect has joined Precise Mortgages’ short-term lending conveyancer panel.
The conveyancer, part of Blacks Solicitors, already has a partnership with the lender and features on its preferred conveyancer panels for residential and buy-to-let mortgages.
David Gilman (pictured), head of Blacks Connect said: “We have enjoyed a hugely fantastic relationship with Precise Mortgages for several years now and I’m delighted to continue this by joining its short-term lending panel.
“The short-term finance sector is booming at present with borrowers starting to recognise the multitude of benefits bridging finance offers. Yet despite a surge in interest, bridging remains a niche product and as such there is still plenty of potential for further growth. These are exciting times for the market and we’re delighted to be working with a lender as dynamic and innovative as Precise Mortgages.”

Blacks will join the bridging panel on a separate representation-only basis.
