Blacks Connect and Complete Financial Services have embarked upon a strategic partnership to give Complete’s broker partners access to Blacks’ legal services.

Complete FS will now refer their brokers to Blacks Connect and provide direct access to its legal services from its website.

Phil Jay, director of Complete FS, said: “We feel it’s important to recommend a trusted legal firm to our brokers. Blacks Connect may be a new kid on the block in the broker space, but its parent company, Blacks Solicitors, has been in the conveyancing market for 20 years.

“They are very experienced in niche markets as well as mainstream lending, which is ideal for our brokers, because of a lot of the lenders we use are very fussy about which solicitor acts for them.”

Emma Mason, business development manager at Blacks Connect, added: “We choose our partnerships carefully and look for businesses with experienced leaders, who put quality and service first.

“Complete FS is an ideal fit for us as they are experts in the niche sectors they operate in. The mortgages they arrange often require a specialist legal firm with the expertise to manage complex cases, and we look forward to working with Complete’s broker partners in the near future.”
