Black & White Bridging expands into Scotland

Published on

Bridging lender, Black & White, has expanded its reach into Scotland.

This expansion has been made possible with a new funding line, which not only enables the lender to conduct business in Scotland but diversify its product range further.

Damien Druce (pictured), commercial director at Black & White, said: “We are excited we can announce our business expansion into Scotland, which is something we have been asked for by introducers on both sides of the border. It will also provide us with additional capacity to meet the requirements of borrowers and their brokers within England and Wales.

“It has been a real team effort from both parties to reach this point. Factoring in the current economic climate, securing this additional funding line from an experienced institution in the bridging space, further demonstrates how our transparent approach pays off.

“We are now able to expand our product offering and commit to further investment in our team and the technology which will further underpin our proposition.”
