All Types of Mortgages Ltd (AToM) has announced the first dates of a series of planned seminars to be held over 2013.

The free to attend sessions will be aimed at assisting intermediaries/brokers with the placement of mortgage business with specialist lenders and specifically will look at near prime, complex prime, mortgages for the over 65s and commercial/short term lending.

The first two events will be held in Croydon on 27 February and Winchester on the following day.

“We have listened to our introducer partners and are acting on demand for specialist training and education,” said Dale Jannels, managing director at AToM.

“I’ve heard many times that people turn business away because they don’t know how to deal with it or have a preconceived conception that it takes longer, is more difficult to place or that there is no home for it! These seminars will be attended by at least three of AToM’s lender partners experienced in lending in specialist arenas and offering their expertise on how to attract and place business in Near Prime, Complex Prime, Commercial funding, Short Term Lending and mortgages for the over 65s. All areas where we are seeing a dramatic increase in business and which I expect to continue throughout 2013.

“Places are limited so anyone wishing to attend these free events should book early to avoid disappointment.”
