Another acquisition for Perspective

Perspective Financial Group Ltd, the consolidation vehicle for IFA firms, has acquired Wingham Wyatt, an Essex-based IFA.

This is the third acquisition of 2010 and its 15th in total for the Wilmslow-based consolidator.

Wingham Wyatt, established in 1979, is run by managing director and principal shareholder, John Kearney, and has 11 members of staff, six of which are registered individual IFAs.

The firm has a turnover of approximately £900,000 per annum, with funds under management of £70 million and £400,000 of recurring income. With this acquisition Perspective’s annualised turnover increases to over £13 million, funds under advisory and management are increased to £1.2 billion with recurring income now close to £7 million.
