AMI calls for compulsory advice

In its response to the FSA’s consultation on distribution and disclosure (CP10/28), the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI) has expressed concern over the FSA consultation approach.

Robert Sinclair , director of AMI, said: “Due to the interconnection of the proposals there is a pressing need for further consultation on the combined elements of the Mortgage Market Review (MMR) in a single paper
