Advise Wise reveals API Integration with Aviva

Published on

Advise Wise has announced its API integration with later life lender Aviva.

Advisers using the platform can now request and download Key Facts Illustrations (KFIs) instantly for Aviva products and also for the first time submit applications online directly from the platform.

In addition, online application submissions are enabled for the first time on the Advise Wise Platform, allowing advisers to submit applications for their clients from the client case page.

Real-time data sync enables financial advisers to gain full access to Aviva’s products knowing that all information is synchronised in real-time between Advise Wise and Aviva’s systems, minimising data discrepancies and providing advisers with up-to-date product information and client application statuses.

To benefit from the integration, advisers need to connect their Advise Wise account with the lender’s portal to allow Advise Wise to request KFIs on their behalf. Advise Wise never sees or stores the adviser’s username and password, as the adviser is taken from the Advise Wise Platform to the lender’s portal to enter their details and link the two systems.

Benjamin Wells, head of product and development at Advise Wise, said: “We are thrilled to collaborate with Aviva, to deliver a seamless, time-saving experience for financial advisers. Having the latest technology to help advisers is one of our core missions and this integration with Aviva gives advisers access to both instant KFIs and online submission, and further strengthens our position as the most technologically advanced sourcing and CRM platform in the later life space.

“The integration of Aviva’s services into our sourcing platform reflects our commitment to empowering advisers with innovative tools that optimise their workflow and, ultimately, enable them to deliver outstanding service to their clients.”
