Accord the latest lender to offer seven-day deals

Accord Mortgages has unveiled a seven day promotion.

The lender is offering eight products with rates starting from 1.99%.

The residential mortgages are available until 8pm on Friday, 28 June.

They include a three year offset mortgage which is a new addition to Accord’s current product offering.

The mortgages are as follows:

  • 1.99% two year, 75% loan to value (LTV) and 2.19% offset equivalent
  • 2.14% three year, 75% LTV and 2.34% offset equivalent
  • 2.24% two year, 80% LTV and 2.44% offset equivalent
  • 2.39% three year, 80% LTV and 2.59% offset equivalent

They all carry a £1,845 product fee.

Jemma Anderson, Accord Mortgages’ product manager, said: “We always seek to offer competitive mortgages and we are going even further with this promotion.

“These eight new products all feature terrific rates and will be particularly attractive to those who are seeking a higher loan size.

“They will only be available for a limited period so the message to brokers and customers is ‘get them while you can’.”
