At the annual Fast Growth 50 dinner in Wales on Friday, Y3S retained its position within the top 50 companies following a year of rapid expansion in both turnover and revenue.

The dinner, which was held at the Holland House Hotel in Cardiff, celebrated another positive year of encouraging growth in the region. The awards were hosted by Sian Lloyd, BBC Wales presenter and newsreader and organised by Professor Dylan Jones-Evans, director of entrepreneurship at Cardiff University.

Y3S has featured in the listings 6 times in the last 10 years and is still the only Welsh second charge brokerage to have ever appeared. The firm also won a special ‘Sustainable Growth’ award for having appeared in the FG50 three years in a row.

“We have our lender panel, our staff and our introducing brokers to thank for their support over the years” said commercial director Matt Cottle.

“As an industry we all push hard to be the best at what we do, so it’s encouraging to get a little recognition every now and then.”
