Xit2 is going on the road to highlight its new Apple iPad system for independent and corporate surveyors.

The road show will begin on Tuesday 2 November at 4pm in Bristol’s Hilton Hotel. Other events will follow in Birmingham, London, and Manchester.

The system includes comparables provided by Rightmove+, full GPS routing, scheduling, and handwritten site notes which it then captures and stores alongside the valuation report.

As part of the launch of the iPad compatible tool, xit2 is entering surveyors who attend the road shows in a prize draw to win a free iPad.

Xit2 will also be demonstrating the features of its new surveyor support package including a service centre to book appointments for surveyors, a dictation service, and a new communication forum.

Tim Jones, head of sales at xit2, said: “Our new service package recognises the pressure independent surveyors are facing in a low transaction market. It aims to help them manage their costs. Our mobile solution developed initially with the iPad will be of particular interest in the corporate environment where efficiency improvements are always being pursued. As well as introducing surveyors to our new services
