Warning sounded over house price inflation expectations

Bridgewater Equity Release has warned equity release advisers over their expectations for future levels of house price inflation.

The home reversion specialist argues that too many advisers have been “overly bullish”” when it comes to their own house price predictions resulting in clients being recommended potentially unsuitable lifetime mortgage products.
