UTB to launch professional lending deal

United Trust Bank has appointed Kevin Flowerday to launch a new professional lending product.

Flowerday (pictured) has over 15 years’ of experience in the professional lending sector, most recently as head of sales at technology leasing and professional lending specialist Syscap.

United Trust Bank will be unveiling the details of its new professional lending product in the near future.

Flowerday said: “United Trust Bank has a fantastic pedigree in development finance, bridging and asset finance and we intend to apply the same values and develop the same reputation in the professional lending market.

“UTB’s approach to doing business is refreshing and will add much needed working capital facilities to the legal, accountancy, architectural and medical sectors, whilst giving our intermediaries the professional service and personal interaction they have come to expect from us. I very much look forward to working with the team to ensure the success of this new venture.”

Harley Kagan, managing director of United Trust Bank, added: “Kevin brings with him a deep knowledge of professional lending and an ambition to provide an excellent new product and service backed by United Trust Bank’s trademark approach to bespoke funding.
