Ageas and Legal & General are now offering home insurance products via Berkeley Alexander’s online Quote and Buy system.

The five products that are new to the panel are:

Legal &General

  • Rainbow Select: a sum insured rated product
  • Rainbow: a sum insured rated product, with a minimum of £40,000 contents cover
  • Rainbow Standard: a “bedroom” rated product, giving £800,000 for buildings and a minimum of £40,000 for contents

Ageas

  • House Guard Extra: a sum insured rated product
  • House Guard Extra Beds: a “bedroom” rated product, giving £500,000 for buildings and £60,000 for contents

“Only last week I said watch this space for further information on our service offering, so I’m delighted to be making another exciting announcement again so soon,” said Geoff Hall, Berkeley Alexander’s managing director.

“We’ve invested heavily in ensuring we’re the provider of choice for mortgage brokers and IFA’s who are active in the GI market, and the fact that four of the UK’s leading insurers, Legal & General, Ageas, Towergate and Zurich, have now signed up to our panel is proof that we’re getting it right.”

Those brokers who are already registered with Berkeley Alexander can access the new products with immediate effect, whilst those wishing to register should either complete the online agent registration process at www.baonline.co.uk or get in contact with their local BDM.
