Two more departures at Fortwell Capital

Fortwell Capital have announced that its sales director, Martin Gilsenan and business development manager, Matt Rogers, are to leave the business.

They follow the recent departures of CEO Colin Sanders and head of PR & communications, Bob Sturges.

In a statement, Fortwell Capital said: “As part of Colin Sanders’ original ‘Omni Capital’ team, both have contributed an immense amount to the success of Fortwell over the last six years. They leave with everyone’s best wishes and the Board’s significant appreciation.

“Their departure coincides with a change in the company’s focus towards more complex, higher value, real estate funding solutions.

“To this end Fortwell Capital remain committed to being a dynamic and reliable source of funding support for investors and developers seeking success in the real estate market.”
